Marks for writing sections

Of course quoting sections gives a good impact on the person checking your answer sheets..
There is no specific guideline for awarding marks if someone has written sections (though it creates a good impression)..
However writing wrong sections may force him to deduct marks
Better not to write sections when you are not sure of the exact section/clause/sub clause!
Instead, You can make a generalised statement like "as per the provisions of........."
