Not more than one mark. Content is important.
Dear Komal,
There is not strict rules for awrding marks by examiner. It depends on how good you are able to convince the answer in brief and clearing wording. However quoting wrong case law or section certainly creates mis impression on examiner. It cant be precisely said how much marks will be deducted.
