To legally repack and sell unbranded cow ghee under your own brand, you cannot rely solely on the manufacturer’s certificates. You must obtain your own AGMARK Packer’s License, update your FSSAI license to a "Repacker" category, and charge 12% GST on your branded sales while claiming eligible Input Tax Credits.
