Mandatory to receive stipend monthly basis?

if you don't receive stipend monthly.then it could be considered as non regularity of stipend.

yes.we must abide by the rules of the institute which prescribes to receive stipend monthly.

Once I recd. my stipend in 3 months............But afterwards, till today I am getting on monthly basis...

   1st yr               2nd yr                3rd year 

Rs.1000/-          Rs.1250/-         Rs.1500/-

2. Cities / Towns having population of 4 lakhs and above but less than 20 lakhs

   1st yr               2nd yr                3rd year 

Rs.750/-             Rs.1000/-         Rs.1250/-

3. Cities / Towns having population of less than 4 lakhs

   1st yr               2nd yr                3rd year 

Rs.500/-              Rs.750/-          Rs.1000/-

Note:

1. The stipend needs to be paid by crossed account payee cheque on monthly basis or may be deposited directly in the bank account of article assistant on monthly basis.

2. The council of the Institute has already approved the rates of stipend to be doubled but the same is pending for approval from Central Government

IF STIPEND IS NOT RECEIVED MONTHLY, THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN.. AND ALSO NOT DIRECTLY DEPOSITED IN BANK

BUT IF ARTICLE AND PRINCIPAL BOTH ARE  MUTUALLY AGREE FOR HALF YEARLY STIPEND BASIS.

THEN THERE IS ANY PROBLEM REGARDING NON COMPLIANCE ?
