Hello all,
There is a new regulation for all food businesses to upload food testing reports.
It is effective from FY 22-23 as per the notification. What if I am not uploading it, what will be the consequences.
There will be penalty but apart from this, what else will be the businessman has to face
Please reply asap.

If any person who violates or opposes the rules and regulations as stated under the FSSAI act is liable to a penalty that may extend to two lakh rupees.
