Hi,
In a private limited company managing director and whole time director resigned in the year 2010. The continuing directors failed to file form 32 to ROC. In MCA portal it still shows MD name .The statuory complainces with ROC was not filed from 2006 till 2010 and the other 2 directors agreed and promised that they will do the necessary and releived the md and the whole time director in 2010. Now how to strike off the names of MD and whole time director from the MCA portal. Kindly suggest the step involved. Also the 2 directors who conituned are NRI's one is from indian origin who has dual citizenship and other is an American.
