Managing director -appointment
We had appointed MD in 2009 which was to be reaapointed in 2014 as per CA 2013. However we forgot to reappoint the person in 2014 and that person is still continuing.Though we stopped paying him remuneration in 2012 itself as he was MD in one more company. Please suggest the options available. Thanks in advance

If his term as MD completed in 2014 and still he is continuing with the Company then means he is continuing as Director not MD.
