Pls let me know whether the remuneration slab mentioned in schedule XIII part II (inadequacy/no profits) is for a particular Director or for the all Exec. Directors of the Company as a whole ?
Say the maximum slab of 4,00,000/- salary p.m. can be given to each Director or all the Directors as a whole (in case of 4 directors-1 laks each) ??
