one of my assesse have labour supply . his total annul income was below 10 lakhs he was a labour supply agreement with pvt ltd company in contract basic. but he was not servicetax reg . can he need take servicetax reg ?

Service tax registration is mandaotry if the aggregate value of taxable servies during any financial year exceed Rs. 9 Lacs. Payment of service tax is exempted upto Rs. 10 lacs if the aggregate value of taxable service in the preceding FY do not exceed Rs. 10 Lacs.
