Making corrections in form32

The client has paid penalty of rs 1800 and filing fees of 200...

Is it in any way possible to cancel that wrongly filed form and to upload the new corrected form...

Forget about the resignation ...incase of query it could be regarded as typing error...since ur attachment have the original date.

For appointment try to file a form for change in designation for the same position with rectified date...perhaps this will work 

i dont understand... how will mca accept change in designation before the date of appointment...

There is no way to mak correction in Form 32 as what have been filed will be approved though STP. In such cae what remedy to you is to make the adjustments in minutes and books as per form filed.

Srry @ Naresh...I frgt abt the date issue....One more option If ur ready to bear the Cost....U can File resign at current date and then refile it.In the attachment u can mention the detail of the error made...since its STP so I dnt think any problm will arise. Other views are solicited.

@ Mohit...i will have to correct the date of appointment....as that client requires the mistake in the filed form to be rectified

@ priyanka the client is ready to bear the cost...i found no better option than what you suggested...heres what i will do...first i ll file for resignation of that director...after approval of that form only one director will remain in that comany...using the digital signature of that remaing director i will file the form for back dated appointment...and in attachment i will mention this mistake...

srry i frgt to mention there...that there are only two directors in that co....

i.e one who is appointed on the wrong date and one more director...

and it is a pvt co with authorised capital of 2lac

Then u r in big trouble....try with change in designation only...that means if his designation is director then try by additional director or vice versa...otherwise either no solution other hen inserting one more director to balance

but what are the consequences if there is only one director in co. for just one day...
