| This is a well-intentioned post and important for students going through a tough phase. A few genuine thoughts to add: CA exam failure hurts precisely because the effort invested is real — months of studying, sacrifices, and expectations. But it is also one of the most common experiences in this journey. ICAI's own pass rate data shows that most successful CAs cleared exams across multiple attempts. What separates those who eventually succeed: They treat a failure as feedback, not verdict. Figure out where the marks went — was it accuracy, time management, presentation, or specific subjects? Get that exam paper reviewed wherever possible and build a sharper, more targeted study plan for the next attempt. The practical reality: A CA who cleared in 3 attempts is still a CA. The qualification remains the same. What matters 5 years into your career is the quality of your work, not how many attempts it took. Stay on the path. |
