I have a problem with Share Application Money

In my newly joint Co. the Share Application Money still standing last more than Four year and could not find Details of applicant

Please help me regard this.

Law is silent about old app. money. However as per my understanding you should settle the amount as early as possible by allotment or refund.

Whether the said rule will also be applicable to a private limited company?

My thinking is No. Please correct me and advice on the same

Thanks for the up date.Tell me one thing " If unlisted Company is in receipt of Share application money prior to this notification then the 60 days period of allotment will prevail?"

These provisions are applicable for preferential allotment as per Section 81(1A). it will not be applicable for rights issue which will be under Section 81(1). Am i right?

 Is this preferential allotment amended rules are applicable to Private Companies or only unlisted public companies.
