Plz let me Know that whether two Business under 1 Propriotership can avail a single Vat Tin No or not?
For E.g M/s A and M/s B whose Proprietor is MR. A. So M/s A & M/s should have single Vat Tin or Has to avail 2 different Tin Nos......

When you say 2 BUSINESSES it means that two business of different kind . As per any STATE VAT LAW there should be a separate TIN NO for a separate business . However the requirement of two TIN NO for two separate units of the same business is not applicable .
Also the TIN no is for the business and not for the owner of the business . So it does not matter whether a single owner runs two Businesses ...
