Also how is the computation of the ame done and the relevant rules.

The Maharashra Labour Welfare Act is applicable to all the industries. The subscripttion to it is payable on half yearly basis. Employee's share may be deducted from their salary/wages. Employers have to contribute equally.
The benefits of the act includes the compensation on accident, etc.
