Madras hc directs to cbdt to extend due date
madras hc directs cbdt to extend the due date upto 30-11-2014 as tax audit report is extended to 30-11-2014 by stating the Gujarat HC view also .. till now no response from CBDT.

Now it is sure that the date will get extended as CBDT will not go beoned HC decision.
