i have imported a laundry machine for our production from china.. product value is. 46800 dollars..
for the same, i have paid import duty of rs. 7 lakhs...
shall i take the asset value including exercise amount?
pls advice

since import duty is not refunded thus you can add the same to cost of machine and claim the same as depreciation every year.
