M. COM. with CA

no need, you comeplted your degree, then you can do your m.com, with ca you can do one more course..so no need to take permission from icai...all the best

U can take ur M.Com course but then u have to take permission of INst 4 that.by filling up 112 form. If u wanna do any course with CA, whether its a degree or PG or anything...u have to take permission..

No need to take permission, you can do one more course with ca if your taking two course with icai  then you need to take permission form icai..

if your doing ca cs and mcom then you have to take permission........

form 112 is not 2 b filled now..so nimisha u can do..n as bala sd u dnt hav 2 take permission for 1 course..

Well, You have to fill form 112..... I spoke to articles dept, mumbai and they confirmed this... https://www.icai.org/resource_file/14480student_manual_9.pdf And regarding second course, it is not allowed come what may.... The second course 112 theory holds good only for BCom... And Nimisha is already done with Grad.... NIMISHA, Take admission for Post grad, I assume it is distance learning... Then when you receive a confirmation letter from the university that you are a student of that course, attach it to form 112, and then fill 112 and submit to ICAI.

Well SIr,

I myself have taken permission for doing CS course(that also after completing my B.com)...& as per my knowledge u can take one additional  course at a time whether its a graduation or any other course.....

& now as per institute's new rule even spcific permission of inst is required even for doing graduation course.....

Pls correct me if i m wrong..

is it possible to to cs with ca even when u r pursuing bcom??n if not den can we do it after bcom? woudn't the training in both courses clash?

Well Nikita,

As per institute's guideline, an aricled assistant can take up an additional course of study at a time, including graduation course. THat is to say, if a person doing B.com can not do any other course  with B.com. Even for doing a B.com, u need to take specific permission of the inst by submiting Form No. 112.

However, after completing ur B.com, u can go for ur C.S. Or any other course provided its a correspondence course.Even in C.S. there is an element of 15 months internship which u need to complete for getting a degree of CS. But u can get exemption(partial or full depending upon ur practical experience) from training.However,ur articleship period of CA would not be counted for sekking exempytion. BUt if u r having an experience of 3 or more years as a full fledged CA, then u can seek exemption benefit.

All this is just adding to the confusion........ NIMISHA HAS TO TAKE PERMISSION IN 112...LUCKY IS 100 % RIGHT..... DISTANCE LEARNING OR REGULAR.......PERMISSION IS REQUIRED....

I am completed my Graduation, now I have enrolled to Mcom in distance mode, Now I want to join the CA course. It is possible. Please anyone can help me.
