By mistake While furnishing LUT I interchange address of witnesses.
How to amend LUT ?

no need to worry about it just ignore,its a minor mistake so will not have any impact.
Alternatively you can take 20rs stamp paper and write the content of lut and submit it to jurisdicational officer and take acknowledgement
