Bro don't think that if u can't pursue your articleship from Big 4's then ur career will be vanished.

Doing articleship from big 4 is not so important, the thing that matters is how you pass in your finals, i,e the real part.

Are bhai exams toh aati rahegi. Pehle body hai uske baad sab kuch . Get well soon and then rock the exams with ur authority. 

Take good of your health, Dear Punit. And never compare yourself with others. We all are unique in every sense of the term.

Have a Positive Attitude , you can do it. First take care of your health. If your healthy from both mind and body, you can achieve anything in life. Have strong faith and beleive in yourself. Dont worry if your not able to appear for exams this time, infact utilize this period and study hard and develop some other skills in yourself... We all are here with you.
