A property more than 40 years before was sold by the legal heirs on 2017-18 .for the LTCG WORKING plot value was taken from the year 2000 , at the same time for building value how to determine?

If property was sold in 2017-18 then base year will be 2001 for calculation of LTCG , you have to find out value of that property in 2001 form register valuer .
