On 29 Jan 09, Supreme Court declared that there is no need to submit proof for LTA and Conveyance claim for Salaried Employees. So, Employees can claim with showing any hard copy proof?
Can anyone clarify on this?

this is regarding submitting proof to employer...But if asked by the IT department you need to show it to them. H'ble SC by passing this order, meant that the employer is not responsible to check the LTA proof of the employee. If it is required, IT Deptt will ask for the same.
