Due to present situation there may be delay in launching the app.
Applicable from April month , that means GST filing for April will be done in May.
So wait and watch till May 5th.
They are going to launch ASAP

The application has not yet been launched by the CBIC department due to disruption caused by Coronavirus pandemic.
Once it launches, advertisement will be given in newspaper, TV, Radio etc inorder to aware the Consumers regarding the application.
