Lotery income and tds
I have a client who got Rs. 50,00,000.00 in lotery on last year. In his bank account credited Rs. 35,00,000.00 and balance Rs. 15,00,000.00 deduct as tds. So can I apply for refund for the tds amount , in which itr I have to file the return.
