Lost id and password of service tax
sir i have lost my user id and password created on "aces.gov.in" website.also i am not able to remember the security question i have put while making my user id and password. how can i get a new user id and password for service tax purpose?

Please visit particular Service tax commisionarate along with the request letter and service tax registration certificate and present Email ID. Then Department will send the New User ID and password to your Mail.
can you provide me with the format of letter?
