in this case you are advised to submit a photo copy of said copy of B/E FOR attest from Custom as bill of exchange copy As well as Request letter concerned D.C. OF CUSTOM will attest this copy.you will be submit also a FIR and indemnity bond for submit in custom if this treacable in future.

we have ep copy but bank demand exchange control copy for gr advise what we have to do
Explain the fact to bank and ask whether they accept Customs attested copy of the same. Customs may demand for copy of FIR for attesting it, Your clearing agent could help you in dealing with it
You have to do Indeminity bond regarding this
