Sir My Client Transport Business He is Authorised Transporter in Ultra tech cement Limited And He will charge to ultra tech cement limited 12% gst on transportation charged .my doubt is He paid some lorry Freight some number of lorrys for transportation purpose. my doubt is he is liable to pay reverse charge for paying lorry Freights or not. please clarify

No...... As per Notification 20/2017 CT (R) RCM is not applicable when GST @ 12% is charged
Ok sir ...But he Paying Lorry Freights Exp to Un Registered Person sir he Liable to pay RCM or not sir ....
It is hold good
If he is paying to GTA & who is not charging GST 12% on bill , the RCM is applicable.
(Make sure that RCM is applicable only in condition when he is paying to GTA who issue G.R(bilty) )
