loophole in transfer rule

Dear Friends,

Iam going to complete my tybcom in march 2010. Presently i stay in mumbai and doing my articleship. After completion of tybcom iam planning to go to my native place in tamil nadhu and continue my articleship. So can i take transfer mentioning this reason, I have seen the exceptions on ban on transfer has this reason included. you can refer the rule in WIRC referencer 2009 under the rules for transfer. And there is no need for transfer of employment of the parents.
