i bought a PLOT in 10-9-15 and notary was made for 2,50,000 and actual transaction was done for Rs 14,00,000.Now i want to sold it for rs 20,00,000(DLC rate 7,50,000).
and also intends to purchase a PLOT in near future.
so can i claim exemption for this transaction from capital gain.

Do you have the payment records and registry of plot both for 14 lakhs?

yes you can claim under section 54F but make sure that you construct a residential property in the newly purchased plot with in 3 years from the date of sale of old plot
