Long term ca[ital gain calculation

I purchased land in 1880  at " A " value  .This land was  unauthorisedly sold to ": X "" by creating a fake AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GPA by forging my signature during  2004, at a value "B": and this person X in turn sold the property to "Y" in the year 2006 at a value " C". in SRO office.

I came to know the fraudulent transaction in 2010 and after lot of struggle and pursuing  and incurring a substantial expenditure ,I finally got the FAKE GPA cum sale agreement of 2004 and sale  of 2006 got  cancelled. by SUB REGISTRAR  ( SRO ). I got back the  title and ownership of the property in my name in year 2010.

I finally sold the property in Dec  2018  by a registered document..

My query is on how to calculate the cost of acquisition of property for calculating  LTCG   ?

Can I take the market value of ' B " mentioned in Document of year 2004    or  "C" as mentioned in the  document of  year 2006 as cost of acquisition and take the  indexation  benefit ?

You can get value of the property assessed as on 01.04.2001. from registered valuer and consider it as COA as in 2001-02.
