First of all why the ambulance is called for in the case of a fire.When ambulance is there then certainly ambulance too can be used to control the fire (provided the fire is not a major one ) , ambulances too have water and fire extinguishers inside , which can be used to contain the fire , and certainly in this case first the cotton bags room would be get the top priority as the ignition temperature of cotton is much lower than the currency notes and gold coins
The currency first. If currency saved, then the cotton can be purchased out of that money.

Hi Ayush, i meant, when fire is there... Why will u call AN AMBULANCE????? I think its the job of FIRE BRIGADE.....
So, ambulance has no role to play, and if at all, ambulance is called (which do has all water stuff) with it, then it should be cotton first.....
Answer is cotton because if fire spreads in the room where cotton is there then it may get spread everywhere so when you put off fire in the room where cotton is kept then others two can be saved namely rupee and gold which is very valuable

i dont say to save cotton but put fire entirely by paying attention to that room as it creates fire every where so when that is put off the other two salvage can be done namely the gold and rupee
