An EGM was scheduled to be held on 17.05.21 (tomorrow) but would not be held owing to the lockdown.

Would the EGM be deferred to next date (as in case if BM) or a fresh notice has to be sent for the same.

Is it automatically deferred for a week?.. as in the case of BM?

Made draft for postponement of a board meeting shall be send to all the directors .
