Lock the Desktop - ctrl+alt+delete alternate!
Right click on the desktop - select New - select Shortcut

1. Into the type the location of the item text box type:
rundll32 user32.dll,LockWorkStation

2. In the Select a Title for the Program dialog box type : Lock the Desktop

Finish...Now the desktop will lock when you click your new Lock the Desktop icon...

Golden Lock icon for Lock the Desktop

Right click on the icon > go to properties > click on change icon > under look for icons in this file box type > %SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll > select the golden lock icon > ok > apply > ok > done

But instead of doing all this, just simply press (Windows start key + L) and desktop will get locked
