Quick Summary
A brother gifted a property to his sister, who now wishes to sell it. Generally, there is no lock-in period for selling a gifted immovable property. Once the gift deed is executed and registered, the property legally belongs to the recipient, allowing them to sell it freely.

No there's no lock in period
Yes sister can sale the property as it's her now

As per my knowledge no lock in period for gift deed

The sister should be able to sell that property. There is generally no lock-in period for that. However, it is advisable to get the gift deed registered so that the precedents of the sale are legally clear.
