when there is no MGT-14 filed at the time of taking loan (2015)...but it is mentioned in loan agreement about the option to convert loan into equity.

There are specific processes. Pls post real time scenario.
In 2015 loan was taken when loan agreement was made having provision that loan can be converted into Equity..but at that time MGT-14 was not filed..
