when there is no MGT-14 filed at the time of taking loan (2015)...but it is mentioned in loan agreement about the option to convert loan into equity.

can we directly now file PAs-3



or another process.

In 2015 loan was taken when loan agreement was made having provision that loan can be converted into Equity..but at that time MGT-14 was not filed..
now party wants to convert loan into equity, what can we do now?
