I have been sanctioned a home loan of Rs 1 crore but the actual disbursed amount is only 30 lakhs. So what will the balance come in my Balance Sheet as on 31.3 ?

It is easy to use accruals principles. For example, 1 crore liability, 30 lakhs bank and 70 lakhs receivables
