I have been sanctioned a home loan of Rs 1 crore but the actual disbursed amount is only 30 lakhs. So what will the balance come in my Balance Sheet as on 31.3 ?

Sir, since your liability as on balance sheet date in 30 lac only, the amount to be taken in balance sheet in 30 lac... no effect of balance 70 lac to be taken until received.. accrued intrest will also be upon 30 lac only
It’s personal personal statement, sry, just put 30 as liability and bank
30 lacs as bank balance and liability
