Sarita devi a lady provides on rent jcb for excavation . She has to take a mortgage loan of 25 lakh . For A.Y.2012-13 & 13-14 .SHE has filed online return timely but didnt sent to cpc bangalore so in efiling site the status showing is return uploaded. She didnt send becoz of fear of service tax obligation that may be imposed .we have to prepare document for mortgage loan of Rs. 25/- lakhs. since the time period of signing and sending the return to cpc has lapsed in both a.y and return without being processed has no value How shall I deal with it. does bank cross check if return is processed .

generally bank does not verify the status of return on efilling portal but as return is not being sent to cpc banglore it has no value and will not be treated as correct base for the proof of income for which banker or financial institute are called from the applicant of loan, therefor it is advisable to send it to banglore or rivise it if required and than submit to bank.....
FOR A.Y. 13-14 I THINK I CAN LET SARITA DEVI TO SIGN RETURN AND SEND IT TO CPC , WHAT IS THE TIME BOUND FOR A.Y. 13-14 AND WHAT ABOUT A.Y. 12-13 WILL I HAVE TOO REVISE RETURN .
