I have one question regarding Loan period for Private Co.
Any time duration mentioned in Company Act for re-payment or loan taken, and it is applicable on Private Company or Not.

Hello,
I think your query need some for specific facts. Rest i would just say that i dont think that there is any time limit for repayment of loan. The period is mentioned in the loan agreement itself.
