A person purchased a house property in Jalna on Loan from a Bank. For which he is paying EMI and deduction under Income Tax Act.
But he is residing in Pune and work here on Salary.
My query is whether he can take benfit of HRA (Pune) and Interest and Principal payment of house in jalna?
Please solve it. It is urgent.

Since he is staying in PUNE because of his employment he can claim HRA for Rent paid in PUNE & Int. Housing Loan paid at Jalana.
