Loan from relatives of Directors
Whether there is any limit as per Companies Act'2013 relating to loan taken from relatives of director of Pvt. Ltd Company.

You can check S. 185 & S. 186 of companies act..
My question is related to loan taken by Company but the above sections are related to loan given by company
No ,only declaration as applicable to director will mutatis mutandis applicable to relative also .
