Whether loan accepted from and repaid to and NBFC need to be reported in clause 31 of form 3CD?

no I don't think so cbdt has made amendment in regard to this
Loan Installment amount is 700000 every month
Is there need to atleast report in form 3CD
repayment of loan excedding 20000 Tessa
