2)Does co borrowing loan with Spouce matters?

Interest payment can be bifurcated amongst u and ur spouse.... In case of home loan dedn upto 150000 under 80c may be aviled based on the proportion of interest.... Also ur loan amt may increased based on the earning credentials of you and your spouse
