dear team
please suggest I am taking unsecured loan amounting 1 cr from other LLp firm in our saving account so please tell me can we take it 1 cr amount or not if not how much amount we can take it

Please explain in detail - what is your business constitution like proprietorship firm LLP Pvt Ltd etc and also

the other LLP is whether a related party or not ?
