LLP with NRI partner
How to form llp with one NRI partner is there any Rbi process required. is there any other legal requirement due to NRI partner.

I do not think any special requirement.
But if all partners are NRI who are forming LLP or if 100% foreign investment is brought in LLP then it can be done only in areas where 100% FDI is allowed.
