You are advised to follow guidelines for stakeholders displayed on the home page of MCA website. As you may be aware the MCA and LLP system has been integrated and there is some modification in old SRNs. When you go through those guidelines carefully you will understand the modification in pre integration SRNs. Quote the modified SRN in form 2.

for information now we have to put letter "K" instead of first 2 digits of old LLP SRN.
