Llp partner

1.Partner should be individual to be called as designated partner( as you konw body coprates can act as  partner in LLP) .

2.Every LLP should have atleast two designated partners ,of whom at least one shall be resident in

    India( normal partners can be a non residnent) 

3. The Designated Partners as provided under Section 8 are directly responsible for the compliances of   all provisions provided under LLP Act, 2008 and the provisions specified in the LLP Agreement.( But rights  are same) 

designated partners are responsible for all the legal compliances

Any individual or body corporate may be a partner in a LLP.

Two Designated Partners mandatory for all LLPs. Designated partners shall be accountable for regulatory and legal compliances

We are in process of incorporating LLP we have already filed form 1,2,3

Is it necessary to file Form 4 for consent of partners within 30 days of Incorporation?

if your din number is registered with mca then  you need not to flie form for other wise its mandatory.
