I am also facing the same issue today did your problem got solved

filed SPICE+ PART B in V2 portal vide SRN F57654428 dtd 20.01.2023

In V3 there is no option to edit and resubmit the form a While clicking on the Download button it is showing error NO DMSID for this particular record

How to solve this sir?
