Just like in case of companies CFSS scheme is applicable for immunity, similarly is there any scheme for LLP??

Quick Summary
The LLP Settlement Scheme 2020, introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), offers a way for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) to gain immunity, similar to the CFSS scheme for companies. While the scheme exists, an official form for LLPs to claim this immunity, unlike the CFSS-2020 form for companies, has not yet been released by the MCA.

LLP Settlement Scheme was introduced by the MCA in 2020 but unlike FORM CFSS-2020 there is still no Form available at MCA to claim immunity for LLPs.
