LLP Incorporation - Mutual Fund distribution

Dear Experts,

I have been trying to incorporate an LLP with the main object/ business of distribution of mutual fund by giving NIC 66190 - Activities auxiliary to financial service activities n.e.c. 

But the FiLLiP was returned with comments (attached Below)

Is it possible incorporate an LLP for the Mutual Fund distribution business with an alternative NIC
