While doing the new LLP incorporation prescruitiny one dialogue box is coming as "person who has digitally signed the form does not correspond to the membership number". Kindly help me to solve this issue

Kindly check the name and membership number of professional certifying the form. It should match with the record of institute. Otherwise raising complaint would be the last resort.
