Llp incorporation
I have attached the LLP agreement along with LLP Form-2 as an optional attachment. Whether it is mandatory to file LLP Form-3 also.

Form-2 is for Incorporation and Form-3LLP is for agreement/ supplementary agreement hence, it is a mandatory form for filing even if you file form-2LLP.

Yes, it is mandatory to file LLP Form-3 for incorporation of LLP and LLP Agreement is the Attachment to it.
Further, you were supposed to attach other incorporation related documents with LLP Form-2 like subscribers' sheet, consent of Partners etc.
